Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom cutting boards and serving trays typically take 2–4 weeks from the start of the build. Custom furniture is built to fit, so the timeline is set per piece and included in your quote (often a few months). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders ship via USPS or UPS within the continental United States. The carrier is selected based on package size and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We work to find the most economical shipping option for your package size.
International Shipping
At this time, Gentle Grain Workshop ships within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
