Information you give us directly

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Order details, including custom order specifications (wood type, size, engraving, etc.)
  • Any message content you send us via contact forms or email

Information collected automatically

Our server and cookies automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you visit. Session and cart cookies are required for the shopping cart and checkout to function and cannot be disabled.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles and stores that data under PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who’ve visited our site. The Pixel only activates with your consent, given through the cookie banner on your first visit. When active, it may share information such as your IP address, browser data, and pages viewed with Meta, which may combine it with other data Meta holds about you. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfill orders, including custom and made-to-order pieces
  • To communicate with you about your order — confirmations, shipping updates, questions about custom specifications
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • To improve our site and product offerings
  • With your consent, to run and measure advertising on Facebook/Meta

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Shipping carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) — your name and shipping address, to deliver your order
  • Meta (Facebook) — only if you’ve consented to marketing cookies, for ad delivery and measurement
  • Service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., web hosting), under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain order records as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes — our 90-day craftsmanship guarantee requires us to keep order records for at least that period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction records.

If you’re in the European Economic Area (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Access, correct, or request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell your information
