Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
    • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide photos of the damage and your order details to nick@gentlegrainworkshop.comm for a resolution.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
