Returns

- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide photos of the damage and your order details to nick@gentlegrainworkshop.comm for a resolution.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
